Driving Directions to Mound Ridge

From St. Louis area:

Take I-44 West to exit 195 St. James

Turn left at end of ramp on Highway 8 for 8 miles

Continue on Highway-8 (pass the 68/8 junction, stay on 8)

Look for Maramec Springs Park on the left

Travel 1/8 mile past the Park and turn right onto Mound Ridge Road 

Note: If you cross over the Meramec River bridge you have gone too far

Follow Mound Ridge Road about 2 miles, turn left into the camp entrance STOP @ the Welcome Center, the first structure on the left

Walk into the Welcome Center to register

From Southeast Missouri Area:

Take I-55 North to exit 150 Farmington

Turn left (West) onto Highway 32

Follow Highway 32 to Highway 67

Take Highway 67 North to Highway 8 ( Desloge MO)

Follow 8 through Potosi, MO

Hwy 8 changes into Hwy 19 through Steelville, MO

Once through Steelville, make left on Hwy 8 (West)

Travel about 8 miles on Hwy 8

After passing over the Meramec River bridge, make a left onto Mound Ridge Road Travel Mound Ridge rd 2 miles to entrance of Retreat Center

Note: If you pass Maramec Springs Park, you have gone too far

Follow Mound Ridge Road about 2 miles, turn left into the camp entrance STOP @ the Welcome Center, the first structure on the left

Walk into the Welcome Center to register
